    Sherlon Creations standard production time is 3 business days. Please note that this time may vary depending on the time of year and material availability. We will notify you if the processing time goes beyond the standard processing time. We ship via several different shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You will see the estimated delivery date when you checkout and you will receive shipping status notifications.   • What is your return & exchange policy?
    At Sherlon Creations, we pride ourselves in providing you with quality goods that you will love and enjoy for some time. We have a No Return or Exchange Policy unless the product or shipping is damaged. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at support@sherloncreations.com for assistance. We aim to respond to your inquiry within 2 business days. To help ensure that you are happy with your purchase, please take careful note of the product description, size charts, and colors. Disclaimer: - Colors on product photos may slightly vary depending on what type of device you are using. Colors can appear more muted of brighter based on the computer or mobile screens you use. - Prints may appear larger or smaller than pictured depending on the size ordered.
  • Where's my order?
    Once you complete the checkout process in your Sherlon Creations cart, you will receive a series of emails regarding the status of your order. These emails include when your order is shipped and the estimated delivery date. It should also have a tracking number. If you signed up for an account, you can always log in to see your order status. In the event you still have questions, you can contact us via email at support@sherloncreations.com or chat on this website and a member of our team will review your order and provide you with an update.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
